Is Floro critical in your arsenal?

What is your opinion on using floro leaders? Are they critical, do you think it makes a difference? What fish do you think is a Must and what fish really don’t care?

    I was convinced to use floro while Crappie fishing with my friend Josh Taylor. WE were both using almost identical jigs, but Josh was out fishing me 4/1. He suggested I switch to a floro leader and BAM! I started to catch at the same rate. I never thought it would make that much difference, especially at night, but it made a huge difference. Now, If I am going after line shy fish, its a floro leader for me! Josh made me a believer!
